Scientific Meeting – GURS holds one Scientific Meeting a year in conjunction with the AUA Annual Meeting. The meeting offers an opportunity for learning and networking.
GURS Annual Academic Congress – These meetings offer a unique opportunity for learning and networking with your surgical colleagues in a focused setting.
DocMatter Member Forum – A members-only benefit, gives GURS members the opportunity to collaborate online on topics relevant to genitourinary reconstructive surgery. It is a forum for high-level discussion among members, in a platform that is designed to save time and offer greatest benefit to you. Member engagement in this forum has been increasing since its launch in 2022 and we are encouraged by the interest and need of colleagues to discuss topics relevant to their specialty.
Committee Involvement – GURS leaders welcome your input and collaboration through member connections, reaching out to prospective members, planning scientific meetings, strengthening fellowship training programs, and our mission trips abroad.

GURS Career Center – GURS is pleased to continue its Career Center for posting positions available in reconstructive urology. Journal Clubs – Beginning in 2020, GURS has hosted Journal Clubs online to discuss articles and areas of interest, in a focused and concise place. These live video sessions have welcomed groups of between 30 -80 GURS colleagues and will continue through 2023. Please join us at the next one.
